1. Service Provision

We provide enterprise-grade cloud computing and data intelligence platforms. We reserve the right to update our services and features to maintain security and performance standards.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Unauthorized use of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our standard SLA provides for 99.99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance via our Status Page.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppsCloud Server shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
